Not working

So not had wifi since Thursday (2 days) service checker says all looks good but my hub is green. But no devices are connecting and keeps saying incorrect password even though it's the right password. 

followed all instructions to reset and connect devices and still nothing.

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
