No internet open reach box on off

My internet not running get one green light then turns red open reach box one light then three then two no access

@Chry a red PON light on the Openreach ONT indicates the loss of optical signal. Various possible causes but it is not something you can sort so run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to check if Sky are aware of the fault if they arent give them a call when their lines open after 7am.

@Chry Also replied to another posting that you did, you may wish to disconnect the Hub from the ONT pull the lan connection off, power down the ONT and leave off for a minute, back on and see it comes up yo the Power and the PON both green lights on, will take a minute or so, reconnect the Hub lan cable once the ONT is stable and Lan light should flash as the hub tries to connect!
