Not worked since fitted

Since we have had Sky broadband fitted it is only worked for a few days in a few months. 
we keep having issues and have to wait days/weeks for someone to come out and fix it then it only lasts a couple days and no longer works. I have been raising this online and trying to get through to sky but can't find the "correct" number for the department I need to speak to. Online it keeps taking me to the service checker however I know the service is Not working, I do not need to check it. The pon sign is flashing on my device.

There is no direct number for any particular department. Just dialling 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline, if it's working, is the normal contact number.
