Hey guys so like many households now we use our Internet for everything, TV, gaming, work, school etc, but today Friday the 4th of April, at around 2pm the Internet went down, i talked to someone on live chat at around 4pm, as they said an openreach tech was currently trying to fix the problem, so I'm guessing someone else near us has to sand issue, its now 9pm still without Internet, not sure what to do, do the techs work until it's fixed? In shifts so they work on the weekends? Iv Done all the normal things to *fix* by turning off the router for 5 minutes etc and still nothing, it's nothing to do with our end,? Any help would be appreciated
