Intermittent broadband dropping

My broadband has intermittently dropped out over the past two days with work calls being dropped. We have had to reset the router after each drop out. When checking the Sky app it says everything is working correctly.

I'm having the same issue, the app saying I've got 480mbps yet a speed test on browsers is saying 24mbps. 

been having the same issue for a couple months now, tried calling up but still nothing. Will be contacting again tomorrow making them send someone out to have a look.
