Not sure if it’s an internet or broadband issue? But my emails are empty?

Hi All, 

im hoping somewhere someone has experienced my issues and can help me?

 

when opening emails I keep getting a message saying "Cannot download from the server"

and the email is blank, does anyone know what's causing this and how I can fix it? As it's so annoying when your waiting for an email and then you can't read it.

Might be worth checking the Broadband Shield age setting and moving it to a less restrictive level.

As well as Sky Shield this can also be caused by iCloud relay if you have an Apple device

Checked the broadband shield and it's set only Adults only!

Its nothing to do with Broadband Shield.

Sometimes adult setting still blocks things, try disabling it completely. 

A simple Google search would give you the result on how to disable iCloud relay
