When I stream on Twitch, after a while. I get high ping. any fix?

Hello,

I stream on twitch, for few years now.

Recently, when i stream after a while/bit like 30 mins in, i get high ping in game, and elsewhere like browser, other apps like discord. High ping persists after streaming. 

I restart my pc to fix high ping. My obs brite is 4000kbps, and my upload speed in 19mpbs. never had this problem beforehand, i reseted my pc as well. I also use ethernet.

my pc specs are: rtx 3050, 16gb ddr4, ryzen 5 5500, 1tb ssd.

Any solutions?

If rebooting your PC fixes it I dont see how its a Sky broadband issue, sounds more like an issue with your PC.
