Not seeing my blutooth devices

I have just got sky max 300 installed and I am having difficulty trying to find my external devices on Bluetooth on my phone, I've gone though the trouble shooting on my phone and nothing has changed could it be something to do with my installation, looking at my sky app all looks good and working fine and it also shows our phones

@Janet19111 Bluetooth devices do not run through a sky hub, you connect to those direct in your home!
