Not receiving full speed

I recently upgraded to 500 Fibre yesterday on 23/02/2026 . After running multiple speed tests I am only getting 300mgb wirelessly , and even lower at 98mgb though a Cat6 ethernet connection via my Xbox, any help would be appreciated

@Mowee Check your cable, looks like you have lost a core unless the devices have negotiated down to the 100Mb/s sync rate, or recheck your cable is pushed in correctly not sure if all xbox have 1Gb/s Ethernet on them... Wireless 300Mb/s is all about the device that you are checking with, that may or may not be as good as that device does!
