Not internet

Hi, I had my broadband installation yesterday and it's been working fine, albeit a little slow up until 30 minutes ago. I've switched the router off by the mains 4 times, but still getting a red light for connection.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have, funnily enough the app says everything is running ok. However I've got in touch with support and there's a fault on the line.
