Not internet connection

Good morning there seems to be an issue with our Internet connection. Our sky glass TV is no longer connecting. The router is switched on and all four lights are on green but no devices in the house are able to connect.

 

the signal has never been great, but today the TV is saying that it is connected to the broadband router but not connected to the Internet.

Have you ran the line test on the My Sky app? Are all other devices not working either?

I've managed to get my daughters phone and Alexa connected but the tv still saying no internet?

it looks like everything else is now connected. It's just the sky glass TV. my other sky glass puk thing is online too.
