You can buy a microfilter from argos , pc world, currys or dixons

@Courtneylowe Sky stopped sending out microfilters sometime ago as they are only required where the customer does not have a prefiltered master socket (one with separate connections for the hub and the phone) which is compatatively rare these days. As posted above you can buy them easily locally.
