You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Sky do not use email for general enquiries.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk totally, or if you’re moving to a provider like Virgin Media or City Fibre etc who don’t use the Openreach set up, you'll have to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in the initial 18 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you are changing to another provider who also uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf.

You’ll need to return any loaned router to Sky, so it’s important you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period.

You need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

Re: Not going to renewal contract

Or if you plan on switching to an open reach based provider they will transfer your services and arrange for the sky service to stop so you have no gaps in service

When you say nobody answers you do you mean your just being impatient? You need to either hold on the phone or wait for someone to message you back on the messaging system.
