Not getting what we were promised

I check my broadband speed and today we are only getting 200 we were promised over 600. Also if I'm on the back bedroom the connection is pointless.  This is why we changed from sky last time. It's ridiculous

Are you talking about your speed to the hub or WiFi speed in the house?

 

what are you using to test this speed?

The WiFi in the house is terrible and we are only testing at 200 not the 600 promised if it's not rectified I'm going to have to change back to Ee.

Neither 600Mbs or 200Mbs is promised over WiFi: no ISP does that.

 

The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed applies to speed delivered as far as the router over optical cable.  The 'guarantee' of Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi (with the WiFi Max subscription supplement) is a whole 25Mbs.

 

All WiFi is zero Mbs after a few walls.
