Not getting internet in all rooms

We are getting really bad internet to the mini box upstairs, we have moved the booster to different places but it makes no difference, the tv keeps freezing while watching and we sometimes loose signal altogether, if we move the booster to the room with the tv we loose internet in the back bedroom
