Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
@StephenCopley Does your account show that the connection speed is below the guarantee? Or are you only testing via WiFi from your device?

Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
I'm having the same. We're supposed to be getting 900 (600 guaranteed) but we're getting 150 to the hub according to Skys own tests.
should we have gotten a new/upgraded hub with this package of 900?

Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
@McQSky if the My Sky app is showing only 150Mb/s for a 900Mb/s connection you need to call Sky as something is wrong as your connection is misconfigured. Full, fibre has no speed loss due to. Line length on full fibre connections.

Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
I remember filling out a form when ordering the pretend full fibre to receive a new hub.
The new hub never arrived.
We get 330 and have never got any better than that speed. 600 guaranteed isn't it.

@StephenCopley If you want help you need to answer the questions you are asked. As for it being pretend fibre well that's simply not true, a guarantee of 600mbps means your a 1GB subscriber and that cannot be delivered by anything other than full fibre.

Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
I am not and have not been receiving my contract guarantee speeds
I have reached out. And will agree Ive not persued with the matter of recent. However I need help trying to prove the '3 days of inaccurate download speed '. During the day when I am not home - I'm sure it will get into the numbers of 75mbps, in reality I'm lucky to get 35 when needed
The rather long side mission to get this far is another way for large scale operations to evade the truth of dealing with potentially the key issue. Terms and conditions will always overlap the needs or interests of the above.

Re: Not getting guaranteed speeds
@njkal Take a look at post 10 from the link below, then once you see that goto your service checker, broadband and the > to expand, hopefully you see the 30 day service history recorded against your line, if you do capture and post it up!
