Not getting guaranteed minimum fibre speed
Afternoon
i've upgraded from broadband to fibre 150 with a guaranteed minimum speed of 100mbs. Tests show i'm getting 94.5mbs and that the speed to my hub is poor - i've gone through the online troubleshooting and escalated it to the network team this time last week. It said the line would be tested within 72 hours but i've heard nothing since - any help/guidance would be appreciated

Run the service checker again if it's still not right then i would call sky back and talk to them again, have you tried restarting the router, and also have tried turning off the optical network terminal box and back on again aswell ? To see if that changes anything

@Darren34 Run the service checker, and have a look at the last 30 day's to see what sky think your line is like.

The fibre was installed on the 23rd April and since the 24th is has been 94.5mps

Ring sky and when the automated message system says we have sent you a link would you like to use it say no and go through your account security and then you will get to speak to an advisor about your issue
