Not getting guaranteed broadband speed

I have been getting fluctuating broadband speeds for the last week or two. The guarantee states 600 in peak times. I am woefully lower then that by 75% at least.

i have restarted the connected devices, moved closer to the hub and no improvement.

@Lee306 On a FF500 connection so far lowest seen is 200Mb/s during peak, Off peak always 500/70Mb/s no problem wireless or wired!
