Not getting full coverage
Our WiFi was connected today. We didn't plug it jn today as requested and we are in a one level two bedroom flat and don't get coverage in one of the bedrooms

@Tonylink if your block has solid internal walls as many do you may need a booster or extender. Sky only supply these with their add-on packages like WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
