Not finish Job .brodband not installed

Enngener was Monday for install my fibre sky and he not finish the job. I Dont have a internet from sky And I don't know when Someone will be come back and install Brodband please answer me Because I waiting months for this installation and is still not done

@Olek+Tymek you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so do not includecany personal date like your address. You will need to talk to Sky to find out why the job was not completed. Thecwork is likely being done by the network owner Openreach and hit a snag. These do happen especially where fibre lines are being installed.

 

To make things simpler I am escalating your post so Sky should be in touch offering a chst session through the forum where a button should appear. They will take younthrough some security questions and then should be able to tell you what Openreach has told them
