Hi still have connection issues and try again it is affecting my work, they sent an extender which is only working in the room next to the main box which is totally pointless no wifi in bedrooms or hallway the extender didn't pick up in hallway which proves wifi is not reaching other rooms all since I upgraded to fibre.
