@JETRANGER11 turning the 5GHz band off will slow down your faster devices and is normally not required. If you have the new white hub using the My Sky app you can temporarily turn off the 5GHz band connect the cameras and once connected turn the 5GHz band back on and the cameras should stay connected The switch is in the Product Options/Sky Max hub/advanced Settings/Tirn off WiFi.

If you haveca black hub follow these instructions to split the bands Split Sky WiFi bands

Re: switch router settings to 2.4 ghz only.

Could be that your camera uses the old WPA/2 encryption, the white hub is set to WPA3-T as default. You can change it to WPA/2 in the sky app and see if that works?

It's a pity you can't choose different settings for each band,WPA/2 for the 2.4 and WPA3-T for the 5(I have an old wireless adapter that won't connect to the 2.4 as it's not compatible with WPA3-T.I don't want to compremise the security level for one adapter so I'll just get another
