Not connecting properly

My sons bedrooms are furthest away from router. You sent me a WiFi booster which is plugged in light off in the bedroom upstairs which is closest to the router downstairs which is on a shelf high up and open not boxed in. Both my sons saying when gaming its lagging and not connecting properly all the time. Please can you look in to the issue. The checks on my phone saying everything is okay but its not. Thanks phil

I'm afraid not @Philhodges as this is a community where customers help each other so you are not talking to Sky so you would need to do as you did before when they send you the booster and get in contact with them yourself.

@Philhodges Do you have sky Max hub and a sky Max Pod as the combination?
