Not cancelling

I do not want to cancel my sky Internet. 

 

Another company has cancelled my sky and I do not want it cancelled

This pops up from time to time. Usually someone has submitted a request for service with another provider and have provided an incorrect house number or postcode.

 

You will need to call Sky to stop the cancellation. Dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline is the quickest way.
