@Ron651 websites use multiple different methods to determine location so this can happen and services like Apple's iCloud Relay or VPNs can confuse sites which isnt something Sky can control . However if a site like https://whatismyipaddress.com is xhowing you are outside the UK then power down your hub for an hour which should change your IP address.
