Norton subscription issue through sky

Can anyone help?
Have subscribed to Norton Deluxe through Sky but it does not appear to include a VPN.
Is this due to a restriction on the Sky subscription or should it be there?
Norton customer help don't seem.to know themselves!

The Sky page makes no mention of VPN functionality, and on the whole ISPs* don't like such things.

Thanks....

That's ridiculous tbh.....when I created a Norton account etc and got everything set up it says on my account details that vpn is included....

And the Norton page for the product specifically does too.

I would also note that the Norton price is rather less than Sky wants to charge after that 'free' year.

Norton saying not part of the sky deal.

Not happy.

As I mentioned above, Norton themselves say a VPN is part of the product with that name: one has to assume Sky had them remove access to the component for distribution to Sky Broadband subscribers.

Re: Norton subscription issue through sky

yes agreed I wouldnt have bothered with the sky version had I known it was cut down.

Maybe sky getting nervous about Labourparty blocking VPNs in the future
