Non-return charge dispute

I am disputing a non-return fee. Your website stated I must use a supplied label, which was never sent or included in packaging . Furthermore, your installation engineer explicitly instructed me to keep the old hub connected to maintain my Wi-Fi credentials. I am acting on Sky's direct instructions, so this fee must be waived.

@NSOrganic66  If Sky have asked you to return the hub which you will have received reminders about it, regardless of receiving no returns lable you could have called Sky fir one or printed one off here  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

It's unlikely sky will reverse the fee as you've failed to do so, it is in the T&C's

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@NSOrganic66

Once the loaned equipment has been successfully returned and processed then you can speak to Sky and ask for the non return charge to be refunded. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
