I am in dover  and my Internet  is  working , but I am on fttp 500mps,  and 55inch  sky  glass  tv,  watching  football  focus right now

At your address, quite possibly: individual connections aren't particularly robust.  If the whole SE has fallen off the internet, people would notice.
