Re: No connection
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Re: No wifif connection
Where is your broadband hub located, upstairs or downstairs as the booster needs to be halfway between it and the rooms you have no connection in.

Re: No wifif connection
The booster is downstairs, it used to work perfectly as it should for 2 years but suddenly stopped working two days ago

And where is the main hub? Try plugging the booster into a different socket but in the same room as the main hub, if no success you'll need to contact Sky for a replacement.
Phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline/Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky
