No wifi

Have ran service check which shows all connections ok but still can't connect to the WiFi.

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:


Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi @caesarome I have tried this and still get the same when running the sevice check - everything is ok.

The broadband check has a time stamp for 13:13. Even though Iv tried numerous tests this evening and it shows to be working fine.

Did you select broadband for it to run a more updated test ?
