Recently switched over to fibre broadband. Both my internet and my neighbour who akso has fibre have no connection in the SS8 area. Any known issues this morning, please?

Same here for us in the SS7 (Benfleet) area. I can see another post showing it's down in Rayleigh. Looks like it's out across quite a big area.
