No wifi

I have done all the online checks and your page says there is a fault. I have orange lights on my sky box. I need an engineer.

@Alison71 if the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection is not either telling you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line or offering to book an engineer you will have to call Sky yourself as Sky cannot pick up yourdetails from a post in this forum.
