No wifi

Every night I have no internet connection. I'm applying for jobs at the moment and this is having a massive impact on my career.

 

please rectify this once and for all.  My data is being used continuously and I feel I need to be compensated for this.

@DC72p there is compensation paid if you lose all connection for more than 2 full working days after reporting the fault to Sky see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

When you say you have no internet connection at night, what exactly does this mean? Do the hub lights change to indicate no connection or does the WiFi just stall? What kind of time does it start happening?
