No WiFi

Good morning,

I connected my Sky broadband box yesterday and was able to connect my TV, phone, and laptop without issue. However, I struggled to connect some of my other devices, so I left it for this morning.

Today, I’m experiencing issues accessing my online banking and other apps on my phone, they’re either buffering or not loading at all. I had to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone just to access the Sky app to contact you.

When I set up the Sky box, I removed a broadband filter/attachment that I previously used with Vodafone. I tried reconnecting it this morning to see if it would help, but I’m still unable to access online banking or use some apps.

Please advise on how to resolve these issues.

Thank you for your advice!
Deactivated the shield yesterday and just checked, it is still deactivated. I have ordered a different internet provider, just because I cannot afford to be without internet as I have study deadlines and Sky replied and gave me a number to text to help resolve the problem but have not had anything back from the number yet. Not impressed with their customer service, especially new customers. I would have ensured that my new customer is set up and ready to go before I sit back and collect the money.

@LowesF It's alll your choice that is what the experience is all about, and all the ISP's are the same.
