Hi, yesterday I received the white hub and upgraded to gigafast broadband. Yesterday was also my activation date and although on the app on my orders it says active I have received no text confirmation and my WiFi isn't working. When I run a broadband test it says everything is fine and connected but my WiFi is turned off. Have sky just not activated it? I can't seem to be able to speak to an actual human. I have tried all the steps over and over again and it does nothing. All the lights are green on the open reach ONT and the light is white on the hub. The hub also isn't showing on my sky app so some of the steps I'm being told to do I can't.

Find out more@Kmary sounds like you need help from Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
