No wifi

Wi-Fi isn't working!!!!

atleast 4-5 time a week this happens, I have 2 green lights and 2 orange lights on my WiFi box. I pay £42.50 a month for this to happen every week.

Every time this happens I go onto the app and app tells me that everything is ok when it clearly isn't. It needs sorting otherwise after Christmas I will be leaving sky altogether
