I had my sky max hub fitted and activated on Tuesday I haven't had any Wi-Fi or been able to connect since even though I revived the activation text. It keeps flashing yellow then going solid red

I've also reset, tested the connection and it stated all is fine even though it's not I tried calling the number and it hung up and sent me a message to try online even though I done everything it's told me to do

Hi someone came out to fit it and then I received an activation text around an hour later I spoke to someone yesterday and they said another team would be in touch within 72 hours so fingers crossed they can get it sorted
