No wifi

Today we have no broadband, was working early morning and went off. 2 green lights on, and message keeps coming up on TV no broadband connection, I've done all the checks and still nothing. (Isle of Lewis,  Scotland)

@MaggieAMac if the My Sky app doesnt tell you there is known fault call Sky and report it. The recent weather has caused loads of issues unforunately.
