No wifi

I have no WiFi and can't connect any devices to tje Internet. Also, Streaming service has dropped out. This started about half an hour ago, at 12.35am.

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

Do you have the sky wifi max hub? I've had the same issue. No WiFi now for 45 minutes or so

Mine is back up but very slow. I read further down the community that its doing an update. Who knows...

Thanks for the responses. I'm still not connected but I'll see what's going on tomorrow.

I have the Sky hub as well and didn't know about the number of issues before signing up.

Same here. Really annoying. Says all is ok on internet checker but it's all lies! 🫪
