No wifi

My WiFi isn't connecting to anything in the house. The box is lighting up but nothing. The app says there is a problem with the sky q box. But when I do what it says to do it just says "we cannot connect to your broadband router " I have tried everything that I can.

@John732 if tge Q box is not connecting call Sky as they will send out an engineer but thst coukd take quite a while. You can try the classic switch off and back on again which sortsxa lot if issues. Start with the Sky hub and then the main Q box following the instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q
