No wifi

I have spoken to one of your colleagues about an issue opening my VPN through my sky broadband but this has now left me with no Wi-Fi connection on any of my devices

@DebbieR67 What do you see on your hub! Do any off your devices show a wireless connection, depending on what was requested to be done by sky CS, it may be worth a power off reset on your hub, leave it off for 5 minutes though!
