No wifi

Still no wifi 

wasn't working yesterday and still nothing today 

lights are all green on box 

the broadband checker on here is saying there's no problem

I haven't received no message off anyone , I phoned sky up on Friday and they said it will take 3 days to fix the issue as they can see broadband is coming into the house but they don't understand why it's not working , when I connect to something it says connected but no internet I've been without internet since Thursday it's a joke really I pay the bill so I don't understand why it's happened
