@Char0307 actuallu sounds like you have WiFi the issue is the hub is not connected to the exchange which means the broadband is down. If you run the full connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection itvwill tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line. If itvdoesnt call Sky to report it so they can get it fixed for you.
