No wifi

Jugot internet with my sky package, BUT can't get signal, I've done everything with my phone to connect and my router, also rest it and STULL no signal

When you say no signal do you mean your phone cant see the WiFi network?

Yes, I've did everything I'm supposed to do, even with my connection with phone, I've tried reset, the lot
