No wifi signal upstairs

I have little or no Wi-Fi signal in the top rooms in my house. I have run all the online checker tools and tests – they all say there is no problem but there is - Also, when the automatic test was done as a result of my telephone enquiry, the AI voice said that I appear to have an issue with the broadband set up, but this was not reflected in any of the online tests that I did. NB. I have Sky Max.
