No wifi on mobile

I've move my office to the back bedroom and my mobile phone and iPad won't stay connected to the WiFi. My laptop, printer and echo dot work well. I've done all the WiFi and broadband checks and it says it's all good. But it's not good for my phone and iPad in this particular room of the house. I need full fast connection in my office on all devices.

@polly091 You need to look at boosting your wireless wifi connection in that area that is struggling with some devices, sky's option is below so take a read first!
