WiFi has stopped working on all devices. Skygo says everything is working fine

Find out more@Abigail16 suspect you mean My Sky rather than Sky Go but thecservice checker takees up to an hour to pick up a dropped connection and intial result is from the last routine test. If your Sky hub is showing it has lost its connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and a reboot doesnt bring it back call Sky tobreport report the fault.
