Wi-Fi does not reach upstairs

Since switching to full fibre ultra fast I expected the WiFi to be better throughout the house, however it has gotten worse.

@TonyH2 to help understand your issue can you confirm the following

 

  • yiur new service uses the shute Sky Max hub
  • you had a black Sky hub before 
  • whether or not you have Sky Q TV boxes if so how many
