@MHarrison modt likely issue is overnight maintenance work which should complete by 7am at the latest. Openreach who own the network have to maintain systems so occasionally you will lose connection after midnight until thecesrly morning.
However if your Sky hub shows it has lost connection by the time Sky's lines are fully open to 8am and thecservicecchecker in the My Sky app is not offering help call Sky.

@MHarrison Your latest post has been merged to your existing thread, you other thread you crested has been removed, you don't need to raise multiple threads, it won't help get any issues resolved any fatser by doing so.
You neeed to fillow the steps given by by @Chrisee above if your broadband is still down.
In your other thread that has been merged to this one you mentioned Glass TV as well as Sky+?
