WiFi tests normal but devices unable to operate on WiFi
All my devices are showing connected to the wifi and when I test my wifi and broadband the connection is showing good but is not working at all. All devices are showing as if disconnected while connected even when disconnecting and reconnecting. Surely every device isn't broken and it is the fault of Sky. This has been for around 30 minutes. WiFi router appears normal also.

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.

Re: WiFi tests normal but devices unable to operate on WiFi
Thank you for your help and explanation it started working around 8am here.
Is there anywhere you can check for this happening?
It's just because obviously it's now winter and my heating had clicked off its timer so had to leave the heat on all night due to not being able to set a short term timer.
Additionally, I'm a shift worker so this wouldn't have been restored prior to me starting work.

No ISP gives prior warning of themselves, Openreach or City Fibre doing maintenance.

@Bcbc2 there is no way of knowing when Openreach will maintain something thst causes your connection to drop.
I am surprised that your heating system had an issue as most connected systems do not lose their timer when the internet connection goes down I know my own Hive system does not. While systems check there time is correct with an online server at intervals.
